Jim and Terri Wargo from Florida started construction of their vacation home at The Sanctuary at Mountain Grove in June of 2006. Their 2800 sq. ft log house (not in including the 2-car garage and basement/guest quarters) is located at beautiful lot #18, which has amazing views of the pastures below and the mountains facing S/SE.

Jim and Terri are young and do not have plans to retire any time soon. But they are looking forward to enjoying their second home in the mountains of Franklin, NC for years to come.

We are very proud to have Jim, Terri, their daughter Nicole and their son Jimmy as members of The Sanctuary Communities. God is bringing very special people to this magnificent place that He has entrusted to our care.
